Georgia Stegmann

After studying Economics at the University of Passau and holding various positions at Heidrick & Struggles, BCI Board Consultants and Russell Reynolds Associates, at the end of 2017 Georgia Stegmann founded Stegmann Consulting GmbH.

For over twenty years, she has been advising national and international group companies, family businesses, small and medium-sized companies as well as digital pure plays in the areas of B2C, B2B.

Following many years of working together, her clients describe her as a consultant with heart and mind, an experienced networker, an empathic listener and an excellent profiler and consultant.

Eva-Marie Bastijan

After completing her training and further education in business administration, Eva-Marie Bastijan was employed in the Fashion and Lifestyle industry. With 10+ years experience working for international companies she has gained manifold know-how as Executive Assistant. On top of that she has worked in different roles such as customer service, sales and key account management.

At Stegmann Consulting she is your point of contact for all organisational and administrative matters.

  • Your information is available via the database to management and administrative staff for the purpose of providing services to companies (clients).
  • We may, at our discretion, disclose extracts of your candidate information, such as your job-related training and career history, to certain companies (clients) to determine whether they are interested in you as a candidate for a vacancy in a management position or similar position about which they have informed us. The information disclosed shall be limited to the information necessary for this purpose. We will not disclose all of your candidate information or otherwise present you in detail to a client without your prior separate and specific consent. At no time will your candidate information be merged, linked or otherwise associated with personal data collected through other components of the site for purposes other than providing services to companies (clients). Your Candidate Information will be processed until you revoke the consent you provided when you provided Candidate Information to us. Upon revocation of your consent, we will delete your candidate information from all databases.
